Overview BranGro is a SaaS platform developing an all-in-one CRM tailored to the needs of roofing contractors across the United States. The platform centralizes sales, project management, customer communication, documentation, and operational workflows into a single ecosystem. The Challenge Roofing companies often rely on multiple disconnected tools to manage leads, estimates, projects, customer communications, inspections, and job documentation. This fragmentation creates inefficiencies, duplicate data entry, and limited visibility throughout the customer lifecycle. As the platform expanded, maintaining a consistent user experience across a growing suite of features became increasingly important. The challenge was to create scalable design solutions that could support complex workflows while remaining intuitive for users with varying levels of technical expertise. The Solution Working as part of a multidisciplinary UI/UX team, I contributed to the design of a comprehensive CRM experience that streamlined critical roofing business operations. I designed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for multiple product areas, helping transform complex workflows into clear and efficient user experiences. The platform was built to support the entire roofing project lifecycle, from lead management and inspections to estimates, project execution, and customer communication. A significant portion of my work focused on creating scalable interface patterns and contributing to a shared design system that enabled consistency across the product while supporting rapid feature development. Impact My contributions helped support the development of a scalable CRM platform designed specifically for roofing contractors, improving usability, maintaining design consistency across a growing product ecosystem, and enabling more efficient collaboration between design and development teams. The purpose of RoofPilot is to help roofers track every lead, job, and customer interaction in one organized system. It allows roofers to keep all their work in one centralized CRM, they can manage their schedule, create work orders that are connected to roofing suppliers, etc.
