The Challenge
Aircraft parts procurement involves managing large inventories, processing thousands of part requests, and coordinating communication between vendors and customers. Existing workflows relied heavily on spreadsheets, emails, and manual data entry, creating inefficiencies and making it difficult to track quote and order statuses.

The Solution
I designed a centralized platform that simplifies the end-to-end procurement workflow for both suppliers and customers. Customers can search for aircraft parts, submit quote requests, and track order progress in real time. Suppliers can review incoming requests, provide pricing, manage inventory, and monitor orders through a streamlined dashboard experience. A key challenge was designing interfaces capable of handling large datasets. The platform allows users to upload documents containing thousands of part requests, automatically process the information, and manage results through powerful filtering, bulk actions, and data management tools.
My Contributions
* Conducted UX research and workflow analysis.
* Mapped user journeys and procurement workflows.
* Created a design system based on AMP brand guidelines, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and prototyping.
* Collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders throughout implementation.
Impact
The platform reduced manual effort in managing aircraft parts procurement, improved visibility across the quoting and ordering process, and enabled users to efficiently handle large-scale inventory and purchasing operations from a single system.
